Natural Anti-aging Products For
Sensitive Skin

What is the difference between natural skin care
beauty products and synthetic ones? A lot! Natural skin care products
usually will not cause itching, redness or rash on the outer layer of
the skin like a synthetic one sometimes can do. If you’re like me, and
periodically get eczema, then you know what I’m talking about.
It is very important that our skin has a chance to
breathe and the ability to eliminate toxins. Caking our pores up with
unnatural skin care products is very detrimental, not only to the skin
but to the inside of our body as well. Anything you apply to your skin
penetrates into the pores and into the bloodstream. Ask yourself,
“Would I eat this?” If you answered no, then it probably is not a
good idea to put it on your skin either.
Many unnatural beauty products can upset the skins
natural balance causing many different types of skin problems. This is
why two years ago I had to switch from using any products that were not
natural. Here are some great natural skin care products that will
produce results fairly quickly.
Pure Virgin Coconut Oil
I like applying this oil on my skin because it is
natural and it refines my wrinkles a lot! Coconut oil is easily absorbed
into the skin, regenerating new skin cell growth, which gives skin its
beautiful complexion. It should be used on a consistent basis for best
results. Coconut oil is a natural nourishing healer used by women all
over the world, especially in tropical climates where coconuts grow
abundantly.
Virgin coconut oil is a powerful antioxidant that
fights free radicals because it is unrefined and has not been denatured
by the refining process. For this reason it is an excellent oil for
ingesting. Whether applying coconut oil directly to the skin or
ingesting it internally, or both, it is one of the best healing and
repairing oils there is. Use it in your cooking, on your skin, and even
in your hair!
Eat Your Sprouts
How can eating sprouts be good for your skin?
Sprouts have chlorophyll, a life-giving nutrient that is available in
abundance in live green foods. Alfalfa
sprouts are loaded with just about every available vitamin and mineral
known to man, except for protein. Mung beans sprouts have lots of
protein! Incorporating both of these easy to grow sprouts would be very
beneficial to body and skin health.
Eating foods that are still living, such as sprouts
our body receives the best possible nutrition. Living foods feed,
nourish and heal connective tissues of the skin rejuvenating cells under
the skin to give a tighter, firmer, younger looking skin tone.
Green Tea, Horsetail, and Seaweed
Some of my favorite skin care products would be
considered to be food. I drink a lot of green tea in the evening while
watching TV. Green tea is known as one of the best anti-aging skin care
products out there. This type of tea when applied to the skin reduces
the signs of cellulite and wrinkles. The best way to apply it to the
skin is through an herbal body wrap.
Green tea, along with horse chestnut, horsetail,
and seaweed are some of the herbal ingredients in the body slimming
wrap that you can apply on your skin anywhere you want to tighten,
tone, reduce cellulite, and lose inches from fat under the skin. Most
people that have used the body wrap are amazed by the results!
